RIDEAU LAKES ATV CLUB
Enjoy the Ride!
We would like to remind you when travelling on roads in residential areas please drive slowly. We have had complaints regarding speed specifically on Leeland drive, when travelling on a 50kmph road remember our MAXIMUM speed is 30kmph. The club has asked the OPP to do regular patrol’s on this road in particular so please watch your speed, wear your helmet at all times have your licence and insurance with you, as well as your trail permit sticker permanently affixed to the left of your bike and your wallet card with you.
Use common sense slow down when people or pets are on or near the road.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Hello here’s a message and invitation from Greg Potvin TIATVC,
As everyone knows somehow TIATVC has been chosen to do the District 1 Christmas party this year. Don’t know how that happened! To be Neighbourly we are inviting District 3 to join us. The party will be at Cousins on king (715 King St E, Gananoque ON K7G 1H4) We have arranged a night time Parade for our guests at 5pm in downtown Gananoque(Try to get around the Metro store for best viewing). You can come and watch or bring a bike and participate (we will be decorating our bikes Saturday @1pm at Henry’s Garage). Cocktail hour at 6pm with Dinner to follow at 7pm. The dinner menu is prime rib for $30 and a ½ chicken dinner for $25. Both will be served with soup or salad and a homemade desert. We will have quiet Live entertainment in the background. If you could have your people contact my people to rsvp with their choice of dinner by November 18th (dinner can be changed at last minute if necessary) that would be great at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have also worked out a special rate for the holiday inn express which is $109.99 a night. There are other hotels cheaper but this is the newest and is also right next to Cousins on King. You can reserve rooms at this rate until November 14th by calling 613-382-8338 (Ask for TIATVC rate). RLATVC had a gift exchange they did last year and people seemed to like it. We felt with that we would keep the ball rolling and suggest people bring one gift for each guest that comes. I hope it will be a tradition RLATVC will be proud they started. Please feel free to send this out to any member or potential member as it is an open invite. If people wish and weather permits we can arrange a ride if anyone is interested. I hope to see everyone on the 25th of November to share in the Christmas cheer.
We all are waiting for you and we wish you a glittering Christmas
